HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

You can contact us through phone, e-mail, Facebook, Instagram and the chat option on the website.

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

We are busy on our feet between the hours of 7am to 7pm Monday-Sunday. Please feel free to send us a message if you have an urgent enquiry.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REPLY/QUOTE?

You can expect a response within 48 hours, if you have an urgent request please call or text.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Some items can be ordered through the website here or you can contact us for special requests.

Please note that a 50% deposit is required for collection items. Full payment is required for postal orders through PayPal or Bank Transfer.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Collection or postal order.

By post: The "Order Here" items can be delivered by DHL next-day delivery (£6) for fragile postal items or Royal Mail. Please note that the full payment is required through PayPal or Bank Transfer.

By collection: Orders can be collected in South East London. Contact us to arrange meeting place. Please note that a 50% deposit is required for collections.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can cancel an order up to 72 hours prior to your order completion date. After this 50% of your total will be retained to cover costs and workmanship in preparation for your order.

UNHAPPY WITH AN ORDER?

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible as we may be able to remedy the issue with a replacement or refund.

Yes, we offer items Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and many other dietary requirements. Please let us know your requirements when ordering.
